Optional - Register your HarpArm® product for lifetime warranty covering structural defects

To obtain a lifetime warranty covering structural defects, simply send an email to: harparm@protonmail.com with the word "register" in the subject line.  This warranty covers all metallic HarpArm frame (structure) components.  This warranty does not cover products damaged by misuse or abuse, magnets, finishes, and hardware.  Pro Performance will at its discretion repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.  The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Pro Performance / HarpArm Standard Warranty

Pro Performance / HarpArm products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.  Any HarpArm product found to contain manufacturing or material defects will be at Pro Performance / HarpArm’s option, repaired or replaced at no charge, providing the harmonica is shipped prepaid by the owner to Pro Performance / HarpArm within 60 days of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  Pro Performance / HarpArm products are not warranted against wear, abuse, misuse, accidental damage, negligence or tampering.

Pro Performance / HarpArm Return Policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee  If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.  It’s that simple. Returned items and collateral materials must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, scuffs, dings or scrapes.  Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories.
